Tina Arsiaga; M.A., LMHP has 20 years of experience helping individuals with problems pertaining to Drug and Alcohol as well as those suffering from anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, Dysthymia and other mood disorders. Also, as a part of servicing the Lincoln community and surrounding areas to help individuals who are having behavior problems such as; drinking and driving, drug related offenses, and assaults, which primarily results back to the original problem of substance abuse or substance dependence disorders.

I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Lincoln in year 1996 with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology. I then went on to obtain my Master's Degree in Counseling from Doane College in year 2002. I interned with over 1,000 hours with Psychologists working specifically with those with emotional disorders as well as substance disorders.

I have worked with individuals with the co-occurring disorders for the past 11 years and with this experience plan to continue working with groups, individual counseling sessions and conducting drug and alcohol evaluations for proper placement of needs. With these services, we hope to promote recovery within the community and for individuals to continue to meet their goals for the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and future.
